by commissioning, purchasing, or sending any kind of payment to me, you confirm that you have read, understood & agreed to all of the terms of service below.

★ PAYMENT
^{･ payment is received upfront through paypal, ko-fi and stripe. payments through pix are accepted for clients located in brazil.
･ i won't start working on your commission until the commission has been fully paid for
･ i do not offer refunds, please be completely sure that you want the art & that you are willing to wait for it before commissioning me}★ PROCESS & REVISIONS
^{･ i get contacted about your commission - you fill the order form sent - commission gets paid for - sketch for approval gets worked on & sent - art is finished & delivered
･ 2-3 major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase
･ after the art has been completed, the only changes made will be if i've made any mistakes on my part}★ TURNAROUND
^{･ regular commissions: approximately 2 weeks - 2 months or more. no hard deadlines with these commissions, but a specific rough completion date can be requested.
･ rush commissions: 2-7 days average. if any issues arise on my part, they can take at maximum about 15 days, although very uncommon
･ these values are approximate & may end up varying between orders
･ i am a full-time student and i sometimes struggle with exhaustion & my mental health, please be patient with me as it may occasionally be difficult to meet the original time estimates}★ COMMUNICATION
^{･ i'll always message you once i have made progress on your commission, if i haven't messaged you in a while it means i'm busy with other commissions and/or real-life matters
･ i'll usually be sending you updates once the sketch has been completed & once the commission has been finished. for bigger pieces, such as ones involving a scenery and/or multiple characters, i might send you updates during the lineart or coloring stages
･ you are allowed to ask for updates at any time, however, please have patience & do not try to rush me, put pressure on me or be rude during the commission process
･ please give me a minimum of 48 hours for any response, i am a very socially anxious person and it may sometimes take me a while to respond}★ ART USAGE
^{･ please let me know beforehand while you're requesting your commission if you'd like your commission to be private. if you do not request for it to be private, i might post it on social media, use it in my portfolio & use it to promote my art.
･ my art is for personal use, and you are free to use the art you commission as icons, banners, backgrounds, personal use badges, keychains, items and in any kind of non-monetary use
･ please credit any of my social handles when my art is in use, including reuploads/reposts of my art
･ commercial use is available to be bought for +120% on top of the total commission price
･ otherwise, manufacturing, merchandise use, any kind of resale of my art or any kind of commercial use is prohibited}
